At Okwara Community Foundation, we believe lasting impact starts with showing up for our neighbors. That’s why we were proud to partner with First Care Medical Clinic for a special community wellness outreach at Pilgrims Inn Women & Children’s Shelter in Rock Hill. Going beyond clinic walls, the FCMC team joined Okwara volunteers to connect with residents, share vital health resources, and lead conversations on preventive care and wellness. The day was filled with encouragement, learning, and genuine connection , a reminder that healthcare is most powerful when it’s accessible, compassionate, and community-driven.Together, we’re committed to uplifting underserved families and making sure every person feels heard, valued, and supported.
